My work blends somatic coaching, breathwork, and ADHD-informed support to help you move out of overwhelm and back into your body, your rhythm, and your own inner knowing.
Before becoming a coach, my path was anything but linear. I began in social work, moved through education, and spent nearly two decades as a railway conductor — a role that demanded resilience, presence, and deep nervous system regulation long before I had language for it.
I also live with ADHD, which means I understand — personally and professionally — what it’s like to feel capable and insightful, yet still struggle with focus, overwhelm, and self-trust when your system is overloaded.
Today, I create spaces that are gentle, attuned, and practical — where your body is listened to, your nervous system is respected, and change happens in a way that feels safe and sustainable. So insight turns into real-life shifts — in how you think, choose, and live.
